Churches Learning Change FW101 Signup

Only fill in one of a form below if you are a pastor, first learner, or team member of your congregation's CLC team.

Please be sure to fill in the correct form for the retreat you plan to attend.  

**Currently, the Holmes retreat is FULL, so you can only sign up for the retreat at Church on the Hill. Other FW101 retreats are in the works for early 2019, so don’t be dismayed. 

If your congregation is taking part in CLC, but you are not on the team, you will need to register and pay to attend any FW101 retreat... payment into the CLC process only covers retreat participation for team members, first learners, and pastors.

There are four sections to the form...
1- Contact Information (name, email, etc)
2- Retreat Information
3- Personal Information - This information will only be seen by the retreat leadership team, so that they can better know you as they prepare for the retreat.  
4- Prayer Partners (name and email) - You will be encouraged to ask up to three people to be in prayer for you during the retreat time; prayer partners will receive emails throughout the retreat, detailing some of the learning and how best to pray for you.

At the end of the form, you will click SUBMIT.
