FW201 Registration

Please use the form below to register for the FW201 groups in 2020. 

There are five options given, you may select multiple options that work for your schedule (remember the group meets every other week, starting on the date listed). 
Selecting one or more options allows us to move individuals around before the groups begin, in order to even out the groups or in the event we need to cancel a group that has fewer than 4 registrants.  
 

The cost is $175 for first-time participants. 
The cost for CLC pastors and first-learners is covered.  The cost for CLC team members is not covered.  
Payment will be handled prior to the start date of the group you join.  Payment can be made with a check or through PayPal.
